    BMW Motorrad USA offers technical training free-of-charge at their Ontario, CA training center for law enforcement agencies using BMW police motors. This location satisfies the need from an increasing number of agencies using BMWs in the United States. Two courses are being offered this year to agency technicians:  Service & Maintenance (MT009) August 2-6 and September 13 - 17, 2010 and MOSS Diagnostic Tester September 20 - 24, 2010.     The Watchguard 4RE wireless in-car recording system is offers a high-tech video system with low-tech maintenance. The camera's '4RE' name comes from the company's Four Resolution Encoding technology, which allows the device to record at both high definition and at standard resolution simultaneously. On recordings that turn out to be important, the HD version is stored. Routine recordings (which comprise the majority of video recordings) are archived using the standard resolution.
